What it’s about. Yuen-Fong (Fennie Yuen) ist Schülerin an einer Hongkonger Schule, an der viele Lehrer längst resigniert und die Triaden das Sagen haben. Als bei einer Schlägerei vor der Schule ein Mitschüler stirbt, wird sie von ihrem Lehrer Wan (Damian Lau) und dem Polizisten Hoi (Lam Ching-Ying) überredet, die Täter zu identifizieren. Deren Anführer Smart (Roy Cheung) beginnt daraufhin Yuen-Fong um Geld zu erpressen, wodurch sie und ihre Freundin Siu-Chun (Sarah Lee) auf die schiefe Bahn geraten. Sämtliche Versuche Yuen-Fong zu helfen, sei es durch ihren Lehrer Wan oder durch ihren Vater, führen zu immer brutaleren Auseinandersetzungen mit Smart und seinen Männern. Auch Polizist Hoi findet keine Möglichkeit, die eskalierende Gewalt zu stoppen.
