What it’s about. Beautiful Bitch erzählt die Geschichte der 15jährigen Bica alias Bitch, die allein und verwahrlost auf den Straßen von Bukarest lebt. Angelockt von den Versprechungen des ehemaligen Polizisten Cristu verschlägt es sie nach Düsseldorf, um dort das nötige Geld für sich und ihren geliebten, kleinen Bruder zu verdienen. Doch der angebotene Job entpuppt sich als organisierter Taschendiebstahl unter härtesten Bedingungen. Als sie bei einer ihrer Raubtouren die Großbürgerstochter Milka kennen lernt, wird Bitch zum ersten Mal in ihrem Leben mit einem "normalen" Teenager-Dasein konfrontiert. Für sie, das reinste Paradies und ein ganz neues, atemberaubendes Gefühl. Doch als Cristu ihr Doppelleben bemerkt, versucht er Bitch mit brutaler Gewalt von der vermeintlich verbotenen Welt fern zu halten. Bitchs neue Freunde werden ihre Verbündeten...
