What it’s about. Shanghai 1937: Die japaner bombadieren die Stadt. Auf der Suche nach Schutz flüchtet sich der Soldat Kwok unter eine Brücke. Dort trifft der das hübsche Mädchen Shu und verliebt sich Hals über Kopf in sie.
