Toshiaki Okuno

is a Haut-El M. Representative Director , President , producer. Born in Hokkaido . After dropping out of the Faculty of Business Administration at Hosei University , he joined Orby Planning in 1980 and worked as a producer. Established OLM in June 1993 with the animation studio that Orby had have, Shukichi Kanda and several staff members, and Okuno became the representative director. Since then , he has worked as a producer for a number of works, including the “ Theatrical Pokemon ” series. 2010 August to, IG port to join the board of company.
