Mylène Farmer: Sans contrefaçon (1987)

The video tells the story of a little disjointed puppet which a puppeteer (Frédéric Lagache, who will turn in the 1992 video for " Beyond My Control ") is attached. They are chased out of a cabaret in which they gave performances of the "Adventures of No Counterfeiting". Here they are wandering in a dark and rainy landscape through dunes before arriving at a lugubrious circus (whose name is Giorgino Circus) installed on a beach, circus near which are trailers where live "sad clowns" and Which will prove to be very malicious. A mysterious woman living in this circus will give life to the puppet in the guise of a beautiful young woman whose puppeteer fall madly in love. Unfortunately, the separation from this woman will put an end to this magical metamorphosis. "Mylène" will become a simple lifeless puppet in the despair of the ventriloquist
