Adam is a man overtaken by PSTD from fighting in Afghanistan following the 9/11 attacks. His comrade, Mitch has noticed some unsavoury changes in his character and has been trying to help his friend. After one day when Adam has been hurting himself badly, Mitch restrains him in the basement and calls an ambulance for his aid.
