What it’s about. Tony Leung Ka-Fai is the loyal right-hand man of a crimelord in England; he also oversees the protection of the boss' family. This includes taking care of the boss' adopted daughter--who is in the middle of a love triangle--as well as falling in love with the boss' lover. As the boss gets crazier and crazier, Tony must choose between his loyalty to the boss, and his loyalty to the boss' family.
