What it’s about. Balaraju, el jefe de su pueblo, vive con su esposa Baby junto con sus dos hijos Chandrasekhar Rao y Bangari y sus dos hijas. Ayuda a Chandrasekhar a convertirse en médico y construye un hospital local. El día que abre, Chandrasekhar regresa a casa con su amante Kausalya, también médico.
