What it’s about. Hokkaido, 1991, se produce una serie de asesinatos y de repente comienzan a aparecer dragones en los cielos. Las SDF japonesas comienzan a disparar a los dragones desde el cielo, haciéndolos responsables de los asesinatos. De repente, a una joven con problemas se le confía el cuidado de un dragón recién nacido, con la esperanza de criarlo para destruirlo.
