What it’s about. La organización Mighty Jack se forma para combatir al sindicato criminal conocido como "Q", y recibe un amplio arsenal de armas avanzadas, entre las que destaca un submarino de alta tecnología. Harold Hatari es secuestrado por Q, y Mighty Jack es enviado a rescatarlo. Hatari es interrogado y amenazado con luces cegadoras, pero la tripulación de Mighty Jack lo rescata justo a tiempo. Posteriormente, se descubre que Q utiliza "hielo caliente" (agua que permanece sólida a temperatura ambiente) para crear armas y una base oceánica secreta camuflada como un iceberg (aunque no queda del todo claro cómo el hielo caliente podría representar una gran amenaza mundial).
