What it’s about. Dos asesinos reciben el encargo de acabar con la vida de un antiguo piloto de carreras. Ejecutado el trabajo, uno de ellos, intrigado, decide averiguar por qué la víctima ni siquiera intentó defenderse o huir. La investigación lo lleva hasta uno de los jefes del crimen organizado. Ésta es la segunda adaptación del relato corto "The Killers" de Ernest Hemingway.
