What it’s about. Un cantor debutante (Pedro) y un empresario visitan el Armenonville, donde actúan Dora Reyes "La Maleva" y Márgara Campos. A Márgara la deslumbra el dinero. Pedro se enamora de ella, la invita a bailar y la defiende de Senillosa, bacán que la pretende compulsivamente. Sus amigos le auguran un mal futuro. Los cuatro comienzan una brillante temporada artística, pero Márgara se va con Senillosa y Pedro se entrega a la bebida. Senillosa y Márgara (ahora margot) no se entienden y se separan.
