What it’s about. Cuando muere la madre de Juan y Sita, los dos niños se encuentran solos, abandonados en Madrid. Su padre, que vivía solo en Roma, los llama allí, pero una vez que llegan a su casa, la secretaria del Sr. Roman los recibe con frialdad. Se escapan y es el comienzo de una serie de aventuras que involucran a un gángster moribundo, un buen sacerdote, un joven bohemio, una joven, un grupo de otros bandidos, su abuela y, por fin, su arrepentido padre.
