What it’s about. En la ciudad de Leicester, un ataque terrorista con armas biológicas provoca una plaga zombie. La protagonista, Sarah, lleva a su padre gravemente herido al hospital y al llegar allí se da cuenta de que algo pasa al estar lleno de gente con extrañas heridas. Sarah se desmaya al ver a su padre entrar en parada cardíaca y se despierta con el hospital en silencio y desierto, hasta que un extraño tipo la ataca.
