What it’s about. El documental recupera los años de la época dorada del 'spaghetti western', un género cinematográfico único que reimaginó el Far West americano. Para ello, recuerda los Estudios Balcázar, construidos por la familia del mismo nombre en 1964 en las afueras de Esplugues de Llobregat. En el poblado de Esplugas City se trabajaba 24 horas al día y llegó a ser el símbolo de una industria en la que las películas, principalmente en coproducción con Italia, se controlaban desde el principio hasta el final por el mismo estudio.
