What it’s about. Cuando Ko Tanomura, hijo del célebre maestro en materias religiosas Cheongju, vuelve de un viaje de formación a Estados Unidos, se encuentra con que a su madrastra Orie, enferma, la cuida una pariente lejana suya, Eriko, a la que ya vio en el aeropuerto cuando partía para su viaje al extranjero. Al poco, Ko debe volver a partir, y Orie muere, quedando sola Eriko con Cheongju.
