What it’s about. Pedrín Benjumea es un joven que sueña con llegar a ser torero. Su padre, que por su trabajo ha visto muy de cerca el lado duro y sangriento de la fiesta, se opone a la afición de su hijo. Sin embargo, apoyado por su hermana y con sus camaradas "Curro" y "El Tormentos", va de cortijo en cortijo toreando cada noche, superando las diversas barreras que se le presentan para llegar a convertirse en una gran figura del toreo.
