She followed the bus by taxi, but the bus headed straight towards Kitamachi. For some strange reason robbers came to the station to present themselves. Minori then handcuffed her who prevented her from performing her duties. But the man she handcuffs to is the new Sheriff, Toyama Kinshiro.
