Sintel era una filial de Telefónica que, al ser esta privatizada, fue clausurada dejando a sus 1800 trabajadores en la calle. Un año después de levantar el “Campamento de la Esperanza” con el que ocuparon durante meses la avenida de la Castellana madrileña, y con las promesas que les hicieron incumplidas, los trabajadores de Sintel iniciaron una marcha de 10 días y 200 km hacia Madrid para reclamar su puesto de trabajo.
