What it’s about. El tío Willy es un español que se vio obligado a marcharse de España debido a su homosexualidad. Willy vuelve a su país al cabo de veinticinco años para dar una sorpresa a su hermana Alicia, sin saber que ésta se encuentra viviendo una crisis conyugal y está al borde de la ruptura definitiva con su marido Alfredo. Willy, viendo el momento delicado que atraviesa su hermana, retrasará el regreso a Estados Unidos, lo que levanta las sospechas y desencadena los celos de Marcelo, su pareja estable. Por si fuera poco, Alfredo se arruina en la bolsa y es despedido de su trabajo y Willy se verá convertido, sin comerlo ni beberlo, en el nuevo 'pater familias'.
