What it’s about. En un país cualquiera de la Europa medieval, el mago Limmer camina tranquilamente por el bosque cuando se encuentra a un joven herido que, además, sufre algún tipo de amnesia. Como no recuerda su nombre, Limmer le apoda Sylvan, que significa "hombre del bosque". Muy pronto Sylvan se rebelará como un defensor de los pobres e intentará impartir la justicia por su cuenta en la corte del rey Carlos. Ello le llevará a tomar decisiones arriesgadas y a ganarse la enemistad de la nobleza.
