What it’s about. La serie de televisión siguió la misma premisa que la película, con sólo unas pocas variaciones. La serie fue situada también en el resort Kellerman, durante el verano de 1963, pero Baby, en lugar de ser la hija de un invitado, se convirtió en la hija de Max Kellerman (director del resort), y estaba a cargo de Johnny como directora de las actividades lúdicas en Kellerman. Baby y Johnny tienen una relación difícil al principio, pero finalmente llegan a respetarse el uno al otro. La serie duró sólo media temporada, antes de que se cancelara en enero de 1989 debido a sus bajas audiencias.
