La trama de esta película se centra en una joven pareja que se muda al edificio de moda Lusman Building, el cual en su época de gloria en los años 40 fue un lujoso hotel en donde se hospedaban los artistas más famosos. Luego de una época de depresión este hotel volvió a resurgir como un edificio de apartamentos, pero no regresó solo, ya que al parecer hay una persona habitando en el edificio que se conoce cada uno de los pasadizos secretos. Con una máscara de gas y un traje de cuero negro y largo buscará la manera de eliminar a todos aquellos invasores que traten de vivir en su edificio.
