Shigeru Nishiyama (西山 茂, Nishiyama Shigeru, nacido el 16 de abril de 1956) es un editor japonés, presidente y director ejecutivo de la compañía Real-T. Shigeru ha trabajado en muchas producciones de J.C. Staff, A-1 Pictures, Bones y Mamoru Hosoda (細田 守). Editó principalmente obras de animación de Toei en Tavac, pero se independizó en marzo de 2006 y fundó el estudio de edición Real-T.
