Un colectivo de cinéfilos hacia finales de los ’80, se proponen filmar en VHS una versión de Hamlet en un teatro que fue incendiado durante la Dictadura –el Teatro Argentino–. El motor será visibilizar la lucha por la reapertura de la Carrera de Cinematografía de La Plata, la misma que la Dictadura clausuró en 1978.
