What it’s about. In the 1920s several dozen political prisoners are exiled on a small island in the Black Sea awaiting sentencing. The old sea wolf and adventurer Kostadin (nicknamed Costa Rica) is planning an escape together with а carpenter named Zheko, an idealistic student and a doctor.
