What it’s about. Germans settled in Vojvodina in the late 17th century. In time, customs and traditions were assimilated and former newcomers became natives and locals. However, WWII puts former neighbors to the test and reveals the best and worst in people. Defeated, collectively guilty, their trace will vanish. What is left is Vojvodina and places they inhabited, quiet witnesses and silent traces of existence.
