What it’s about. The second generation Todo-gumi Wakato Hattori is taken to Johoku Medical College, where there are many suspicions of drugs due to angina. Hattori asks Masaki to act as a young head just in case. However, dissatisfied with the procedure, Ejima teamed up with the Mafia and started aiming for Masaki's defeat! !!
