What it’s about. Acclaimed Chinese TV documentarian Wang Haibing’s Home was an official selection at the 1996 Cannes Film Festival. The film records a story between humans and animals. The protagonists of the story are: a giant panda, who is about to be released into nature, and several ordinary workers at the rescue station to protect the giant panda. The relationship between man and nature depicted here is simple, harmonious and beautiful.
