What it’s about. Peng is a Chinese gangster boss. Arai is a Japanese gangster boss. Both have strong fighting supporters and gang members. Peng buys heroin for 1 million, hiding in a teddy bear. But the heroin is not real and the dollars are not. And, to make matters worse, a secret policeman emerges: Reason enough for the most magnificent fights of all kinds.
