Kenji Ebisawa (Rei Okazaki), the sixth president of Black Emperor, was the predominant figure in the world. He had no end to his longing for his career and his strength and desire to be a mate. One day, a girl appeared under Kenji who wanted to join the Black Emperor. Naho (Chiaki Ota), who had a strong feeling of defeat and was in a fight every day. However, Kenji stubbornly refuses to accept it. The Black Emperor's "iron rule" that can never be broken. However, unable to give up, Naho eventually forms a team by himself. The name is Black Emperor Ladies! !
