What it’s about. 1999 TOKYO CITY. "WILD Cats" and "COBLA", two major organizations that engage in a fierce battle for Nawabari in the "D" district, where drugs, prostitution, rape, murder, and violent crimes are infested. The anger of Sho (Junya Takagi), the leader of WILD Cats, who was kidnapped by leader Tony for his lover's wishes exploded. A full-scale confrontation involving a special police riot police has begun with the aim of eradicating the conflict. Sho escapes with hope in the turmoil. Infuriated, Tony summoned a professional fighter from the slums of NY. "KILLER Brothers" are the three brothers who bury Wal with a sharp weapon. The fierce battle is about to begin !!
