It is a remake of the classic 1983 telenovela of the same name created by Fernanda Villeli. Adapted by Leonardo Bechini, the telenovela was directed by Carlos Cock Marín and stars Fernando Colunga, Marlene Favela, Julián Gil, Sofía Castro, Chantal Andere, Jacqueline Andere, Rafael Inclán, and Julio Vallado. The story follows Enrique de Martino, a wealthy and powerful businessman who secretly practices dark magic to achieve success and control those around him. After marrying the widowed Beatriz Almazán, he draws her family into a dangerous world of supernatural forces, occult rituals, and hidden conspiracies. As terrifying events unfold, Beatriz and her loved ones must confront evil, uncover long-buried secrets, and fight to break the curse that threatens to destroy their lives.
