But the truth is, the bolshy boss herself - overconfident and tactless - is the impediment to the Spa's ultimate success. She makes little effort to hide her displeasure with her team, which includes a chef who can't cook, a fitness instructor who can't be bothered to exercise, a suicidal cleaner, a dippy receptionist and a forgetful, socially awkward handyman.
