Released in 2012, Saint Seiya Omega is a sci-fi & fantasy, animation and action & adventure series.

What it’s about. An anime-original spin-off/sequel based on the Saint Seiya series: The god of war and guardian of his namesake planet, Mars, was once sealed away by Seiya, but time has passed and his revival is at hand. Meanwhile, Saori Kido is raising the boy Kouga, whose life Seiya saved, and he's been training every day to become a Saint in order to prepare for the coming crisis. Unaware of his destiny, when Kouga awakens to the power of his Cosmo hidden inside him, the curtain will rise upon the legend of a new Saint.

Who’s in it. Saint Seiya Omega stars Hikaru Midorikawa as Pegasus Koga (voice), Katsuyuki Konishi as Lionet Souma (voice), Tetsuya Kakihara as Dragon Ryuho (voice) and Junichi Suwabe as Orion Eden (voice), among others.

How it landed. With an audience score of 7.9/10, Saint Seiya Omega has been warmly received by audiences.
