Yeong Nam is known to be strict and pointless in the corrupt county office department of inspection. Even if a junior causes ruckus about the corruption he's found out, Yeong Nam just maintains his pointless attitude. However, Yeong Nam has attachment for the people around him. He is especially fond of juniors Seung Jae and Yoon Gi. He loves them even if his wife complains about it. Coincidentally, Yeong Nam finds out about an irregularity regarding a company bidding and exposes this fact against his superior's will. However, he hears something unexpected. His brother-like Seung Jae is involved in this human resource corruption.
