What it’s about. Before the 19th election for members of the National Assembly, the political parties nominated their candidate. Jung Chi-Sung kisses up to the party's leader to become nominated. He also received money from the president of Joeun Savings Bank and gives it to his party leader. A couple of days later, the President of Joeun Savings Bank is arrested. The party's leader turns down Jung Chi-Sung's request for help. Because of this, Jung Chi-Sung feels betrayed. As a warning, Jung Chi-Sung sends compromising pictures of the party's leader and the party leader accepting payment from Jung Chi-Seung. Jung Chi-Sung then gets drunk and become unconscious .
