The other staff consists of Lulu Roux, the receptionist, Koos Koekemoer, the senior technician, and Dickey Abrahams, junior technician. Koos' wife, Bessie, is a fine berry and she is often there to check on Koos. Poena Pieterse is supposed to be the department's messenger but is almost full-time busy with personal tasks for Me. Mammabolo.
