Quan Vo met Phi Phung and Tao Hung, and became sworn brothers with Hung. Tao Hung became evil and plotted to harm Quan Vo. At this time, rumors of the Quy Nguyen secret manual reappeared, leading to Cai Thien Giao's plot to destroy the martial arts world.
