What it’s about. Ziqi, un ingénieur du son hongkongais sans cesse à la recherche de nouveaux effets sonores, fait la rencontre inopinée de Bai Ye (Jacqueline Li), une jeune fille au caractère exubérant. Lorsque celle-ci l’invite à voyager à bord de son camping car, pour un périple à travers la Chine, Zigi hésite. Puis, très intrigué par cette belle jeune fille, il finit par accepter. S’ensuit, alors, un long voyage, au cours duquel ses doutes et ses appréhensions vont peu à peu se transformer en attachement plus profond. Mais Bai Ye va lui faire part d’une bien triste nouvelle… elle est atteinte d’une maladie mortelle et il ne lui reste plus beaucoup de temps à vivre !
