What it’s about. Le jeune Fred débarque dans une ville de l'ouest pour se recueillir sur la tombe de son père. Celui-ci laisse en héritage un immense ranch que le juge et le shérif s'apprêtent à vendre aux enchères. Ce ranch est convoité par Warmer et son acolyte Buck parce que le tracé du chemin de fer ferait envoler sa valeur marchande. Ils échafaudent donc un plan pour faire accuser Fred de vol et meurtre. Mais voilà Don Diego, le fils de Zorro, veille et n'hésite pas à endosser le costume de son père pour faire triompher le bon droit...
