What it’s about. L'officer Dickson Kwan est envoyer a Hong Kong pour enquêter sur un trafic de faux passeport. Pour résoudre cette affaire il devra collaborer avec les officiers Pau Sei et Lau Ting Kin, mais Dickson m'aime pas du tout la façon d'agir de Sei et entrerons en conflit. Pendant ce temps Eva, la fille de Sei fait tout pour le convaincre d’arrêté son travail qu'elle trouve bien trop dangereux, alors qu'elle développe des sentiments pour DIckson.
