La vengeance du zombie (1974) : distribution, intrigue et streaming

What it’s about. Accusé d'adultère et de meurtre, Gatanebo, prêtre vaudou, voit son amante Kenya se faire décapiter. Il reçoit pour sa part en guise de châtiment une dose de curare et se retrouve enfermé dans un sarcophage. 1000 ans plus tard, le docteur Kessling découvre le sarcophage et le rapporte sur un bateau de croisière où il navigue en compagnie de sa maîtresse Sylvia. Gatanebo, momifié, ressuscite et se mélange à la foule, ayant la possibilité de retrouver une apparence humaine pendant un certain laps de temps. En voyant Sylvia, il comprend qu'il s'agit de la réincarnation de Kenya. Kessling découvre la vérité sur Gatanebo et le fait passer pour un confrère. Mais la momie doit accomplir sa vengeance et commet plusieurs meurtres.

How it landed. With an audience score of 4.2/10, La vengeance du zombie has proved divisive with audiences. It went on to earn $7.4M at the box office.
