What it’s about. Cinq ans plus tard...les vampires vivent en paix grâce à la potion inventée par Esméralda Chabot couple alors que sa femme Linda, déterminée à devenir vampire, désire se vendger de Vlad. Jeté sur le pavé et ne pouvant plus produire cette potion, Chabot se réfugie chez Vlad mais découvre avec horreur que celui-ci se sert de son identité pour des activités illicites. Ils sont ainsi poursuivis par Julie Cazavant, une journaliste d'enquête, ainsi que par Proulx , 'le roi de la poutine', un criminel que Vlad a tenté d'arnaquer. Pendant ce temps en Transylvanie, le maque de potion dégénère en un sérieux problème. Si bien que Karmina et Philippe décident de s'envoler au Québec pour remédier à la situation...
