What it’s about. Troisième film de la série "Ohyaku/Okatsu". Okatsu est un "garçon manqué" qui manie bien l'épée. Son père lui a trouvé un homme à épouser et elle s'accomode de la situation. Dans le même temps, un groupe d'agriculteurs est massacré par les membres d'un réseau de contrebande de tabac. Leurs crimes font l'objet d'une enquête et quand ils découvrent l'enquêteur, ils le torturent mais n'obtiennent aucune information. Il ne faut pas longtemps avant que lui et la mère d'Okatsu ne meurent et qu'elle se mette à se venger.
