Suite à cela, Mio commence lui aussi à s'intéresser à Shun, mais il est malheureusement sur le point de déménager. Avant de partir, il exprime son impatience à devenir adulte. Trois ans plus tard, un Mio ayant bien grandi réapparaît devant Shun, un sourire timide aux lèvres. Le temps qui leur avait paru s'arrêter reprend son cours lorsque leurs sentiments se retrouvent partagés.
