What it’s about. Dans une cité aux allures futuristes, une créature jaillit de l'esprit malade d'un scientifique, Noiseman. Pour se nourrir des graines de bruit, il prend le contrôle de l'humanité et tente d'éradiquer toutes formes de musique. Un jour, Tobio, jeune chasseur à la solde de Noiseman, tombe par inadvertance dans la mer bleue, repaire de l'ennemi et retrouve la mémoire.
