What it’s about. Sans avertissement, Claudio Rojas est arrêté par des responsables de l'ICE devant son domicile en Floride. Il est transféré au Broward Transitional Centre, un centre de détention utilisé comme lieu de rétention pour les déportations imminentes. Terrifiée de ne plus jamais le revoir, la famille de Claudio contacte la National Immigrant Youth Alliance (NIYA), un groupe de militants réputés pour avoir mis fin aux expulsions. Croyant que personne n’est libre tant qu’il est en détention, NIYA demande à Marco Saavedra de se faire expulser dans l’espoir de pouvoir accéder au centre de détention et d’empêcher l’expulsion de Claudio. Une fois à l'intérieur, Marco découvre une institution complexe à but lucratif hébergeant des centaines d'immigrés multinationaux, tous emprisonnés sans procès.
