What it’s about. Dans l'Egypte antique, le pharaon Aménophis III miné par la maladie se laisse déposséder du pouvoir par le puissant vizir Burkis et par Moff i, prêtre fanatique et xénophobe. Ces derniers parviennent à assassiner le prince Aker sans arriver à leurs fins : l'apparition inattendue d'Anhur, frère jumeau d'Aker, déjouera tous leurs plans. A travers cette histoire fantastique, le film se veut une réflexion sur le fanatisme et l'obscurantisme.
