What it’s about. Woody est un balayeur de rue de la ville et déteste son travail. Après avoir été agressé par le policier Wally Walrus, il décide de démissionner et se déguise en policier, donnant un coup de pied dans la poubelle qui ramasse Wally l’envoyant dans le port en rétrécissant son uniforme. Wally en colère chasse Woody déguisé dans le cirque. Parce qu’il est confondu avec un enfant, on lui refuse l’accès mais il entre en coulisses déguisé en éléphant.
